Ankara and Izmir offices, common selling points in every point of Turkey, employees, initially chromatography instruments and spectroscopy instruments, with other subsidiary devices’ selling and after-sales support issues serve in the ‘Best Service’ understanding. Sem Laboratuar Cihazları has continued its services with technology leader companies, initially sector leader ‘Agilent’ and other companies which are represented by Sem.
Maintenance and Repair
The important thing matters for us that operation of our instruments with high efficiency for many years. This requires regular maintenance and repair. The original spare parts are used for the maintenance and repair of our instruments.
Operations performed during maintenance and repair:
- İnterior ad exterior cleaning of main and sub products
- Connection checks
- Function and performance tests
- Replacement of lifecycle materials proposed by the manufacturer company
- Tests to ensure that the device is operating correctly and at the limits specified by the manufacture
- OQ / PV operations and validation
Application
The performance of your laboratory depends correctly working of method which are applied and performance of your instruments. Our application team support you in all processes from sample stage to reporting of results (method development, adaptation to device, etc.)
Education
All kind of theorical and practical user education which are requested by users are given by our application team to be used of the instruments effectively. At the end of each education, certificate is given to the participants.

IQ/OQ/PV Validation
Our service team performs IQ / OQ / PV tests and converts them into reports to keep periodic maintenance, professional validation services and reliability of the newly developed method at the highest level. As long as the device is used fro the first installation of the device, the manufacturer’s IQ / OQ / PV / PM protocols are meticulously applied. By using original spare parts and consumables, the performance of the device is kept at maximum level. Technical information and faults of your devices are kept in record so that technical records (failures and replacement parts during the year) can be removed.
